Tribalism Tattoos Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms
By booking an appointment or receiving services at Tribalism Tattoos, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility
Clients must be 18 years or older to receive a tattoo. Valid government-issued photo identification is required at the time of your appointment.

3. Booking and Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Deposits are applied towards the final cost of your tattoo.
Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
 
4. Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.
Tribalism Tattoos reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments at our discretion, with appropriate notice given to clients.
 
5. Health and Safety
Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect the tattoo process.
Tribalism Tattoos follows strict hygiene protocols. Clients must adhere to pre- and post-care instructions to ensure optimal healing.
 
6. Design and Copyright
All tattoo designs created by Tribalism Tattoos are the intellectual property of the artist and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
Clients are encouraged to collaborate on designs, but the final artistic interpretation is at the artist’s discretion.
 
7. Tattoo Process
The duration and price of a tattoo will be discussed during the consultation.
Pricing may vary based on the complexity and size of the design.
Additional touch-ups may be required and are generally offered at no extra cost within a specified period, subject to the artist’s discretion.
 
8. Liability
Tribalism Tattoos is not liable for any adverse reactions or complications arising from the tattoo process.
It is the client's responsibility to follow aftercare instructions to ensure proper healing.
Tribalism Tattoos is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings during your appointment.
 
9. Conduct
Tribalism Tattoos maintains a professional and respectful environment. Any form of harassment or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and potential banning from the studio.
Clients are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling, subject to the artist's availability.
 
10. Privacy
Client information is confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
Photos of completed tattoos may be used for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise.
 
11. Changes to Terms
Tribalism Tattoos reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review the terms regularly.
